Saturday, May 14th @ Englishtown (Mopar Atlantic Nationals) will be the 1st annual "North East Bracket Racing" vs. "For A-Bodies Only" drag racing shootout.

Please reply to this post if you're going to attend and would like to race on the "North East Bracket Racing" team.

Note that your vehicle must be able to pass tech inspection. That includes mufflers!

Found out last night, just before 1st round, my car is too fast for Pure Street on Wednesday nights. I need to run Heavy on Sundays. I won't be going to Englishtown at all...

There's a chance I can make it Saturday, that is, if the upgrades go as planned. I just pray I don't have any of Mike's luck rub off on me.

BTW, I'd feel alot more positive about making the trip down there if I could get some assurance that my glasspacks (aka cherrybombs) would comply with the noise restrictions.

After all this crap, having this set up for close to 2 months ( http://www.forabodiesonly.com/mopar/showthread.php?t=2810 ) , my wife says to me today:

"You can't race next Saturday, that's your nephew's communion".

She originally told me it was May 15th. So I tried to steer everybody to go on the 14th so we can have this race. After yelling & screaming, ranting & raving at her for a good 10 minutes, what does she have to say?

"Whoops. Sorry!".

I plan on trying to go both days , weather permitting. I feel Sunday is the better day to race, so Sunday will work for me.
