I lost pretty much everything I went with. My wife did better than me, but we still wound up on the losing side. :-(

Sorry to hear you lost your money, Mike. Atlantic City casinos have worse odds than Vegas, plus they don't treat the customers as nice - all the more reason to learn to count cards. After watching a special on the MIT Blackjack Team, I've been practicing every day for about 4 months now. Another thing, Vegas offers single deck BJ which I prefer. You'll get 'em next time.

I was playing the slots yesterday afternoon. I was hoping to get a $5 blackjack table this morning, but the cheapest one I could find was a $10 table, so I played on that for a while. I was doing good - up about $100, but then they shuffled the deck and I started losing. I lost 5 hands in a row, so I gave up. Then I played some more slots, by the time I got back to the blackjack tables there were $25 minimums.

I bought the "Basic Blackjack" book a while ago, my wife and I were practicing for a few weeks. It works!

We've got a bunch of people here who are interested, when it gets a little closer to the date we'll launch our attack on the FABO board and get them all riled up, I guess.

Since it's a Mopar day, I would guess you could run any car, as long as it's a Dodge, Plymouth, Chrysler, Jeep, AMC, DeSoto, Fargo, Nash, Hudson, Imperial, Valiant, Eagle and possibly Mitsibushi.
