The Daggerfall Covenant is led by King Emeric, and it controls Hammerfell, Orsinium, and High Rock. The playable races of the Daggerfall Covenant are Orcs, Bretons, and Reguards.

Ebonheart Pact
The Ebonheart Pact faction is led by Jorunn the Skald-King. The Ebonheart Pact controls Black Marsh, Morrowind, and Skyrim The playable races for this faction are Dunmer, Nords, and Argonians.

Aldmeri Dominon
The Aldemri Dominion is led by Queen Ayrenn. This faction controls Elsweyr, Valenwood, and the Summerset Isles. S playable races include Bosmer, Altmer, and Khajiit.

To be honest, all of these three main playable factions are very interesting. Because Ebonheart Pact controls Morrowind and Skyrim, so it’s an alliance that more popular than other two factions.
