Did you get the tranny in ? Just hoping its working ok for you.

I took mine out for a good beating again last weekend. Took a nice 30 minute cruise. Ran great, didnt get to hot, but it only wants to pull to 5800rpms for some reason.

I've had so much stuff going on, that I have only had a chance to unhook the old one. Right now the old one is balanced on my floor jack, still under the car.
Hopefully I'll get a chance to work on it next week.
I would like to drive it before summers over.
Have a wedding to go to tomorrow, so today is shot, getting tuxes and the rehearsal, then dinner.
I need to figure out how to get the tranny out without making a giant mess.
I didn't drain it before I disconnected everything, and now the jack is holding the pan. I need to find a rubber plug to put in the dipstick hole, and I should be ok.
