Newpaper Article!
 

I got an e-mail from somebody who works for The Inquirer. She said that she came across my web site ( www.burwoodboysracing.com ) and wanted to do a feature on drag racers from the Burwood area.

I was kind of confused, not only by the bizarre phone number she gave me to call, but also about the "Burwood Area". The guys I race with call ourselves "The Burwood Boys" because we live on Burwood Lane.

I started to reply to ask what she was talking about, and then realized that her e-mail address ended with ".com.au".

Google tells me that there's a "Burwood" in New South Wales (Australia). I told her she could still come by to do an interview and take some pictures, but I haven't heard back, yet... :lol:

Well, if she does show up Mike, send her over to my place and tell her I'll "through ahhhnnother shrimp awn the bahhhbie". I could listen to those Aussie women talk all day long....love their accents.
