Attention Racers, Crew, Friends and Family Of Numidia Raceway

This email in is regards to the Chicken Bar B Q scheduled for Memorial Day Weekend. I had initially planned to sell tickets at the track yesterday but due to the unforeseen cancellation I have no choice but to contact you by email. If you will be at the track on Sunday May 29th and are interested in buying a ticket for the chicken bar-b-q please email be at bizarre@ptd.net with the total number of tickets you wish to buy. The cost of the ticket will be $8.00 and it will include bar-b-q chicken, baked potatoes, macaroni salad,baked beans, a roll and soda. When you get to the track on Saturday you will be informed of where to go to pick up your tickets. If you can't make it to the track on Saturday but are planning on being there Sunday your tickets must be picked up before 12:00. You MUST have your ticket prior to the dinner. I have to notify the caterer by the end of the day tomorrow (Tues.) so if you can respond ASAP it would be greatly appreciated. I apologize for the short notice but I only became involved with the planning of this dinner last week. With everyone's help I think we can pull it off. Please remember that all the proceeds from the fund raisers at the track go to support Team Numidia.

Donations Appreciated....................

Anyone who is planning on attending the chicken b-b-q on Sunday and would like to donate a desert or side dish, please let me know.
And remember we are having a bake sale on Sunday to raise money for bracket finals so we are looking for donation for that as well.
The money raised for the team will go towards the decorations, the meal at bracket finals, a canopy with tables and chairs for the dinner and if Jill and I raise enough money we would like to pay the entry fee for our racers or at least maybe a portion of it. The more donations we get the more we can do. Please buy your 50/50 tickets when the girls come around, this money also goes to the fund.
