Hey sickt7cuda
It's running consistent. Couldn't ask for much more. Actually went a few rounds last time out! Been thinking about several upgrades, like coil overs and maybe a small shot of juice - 100-150. The wife is dragging me off to Hawaii in November for 2 weeks, so between luaus and all that, I'll have ample time to get my plans together. Looking for low 10"s.
Hey, Norm. I've been turning 11.0's most of the summer, but early in the year when it was still cool, I had a best of 10.88 @ 121.78 with a 1.47 60'.
I just replaced the worn out M/T's with Phoenix F/X. They list the same size but the tread is 3/4" wider...might be beneficial.

The cool weather is comming back faser than I want, But it should be getting quicker.
A shot of juice should push you to the low 10's.
How hard on the engine is that stuff.
I still haven't broke below that 12.5 mark yet.
I'm really hopeing this new engine will phush it into the mid 11's

Here's the specs:
440 .030 Forged 11:1 pistons, steel crank, MP .590 lift solid cam, 906 heads ported , Crane Gold roller rockers. Edelbrock TM-7 intake, 850 Holley.
4500 stall converter.
8 3/4 rear end, with a 4:10 spool
The engine came out of a Green 70's Cuda that was featured in, I think, Mopar Muscle around 2002.
It ran some where around 12.9, not to great, But when I pulled the valve covers I found a bent push rod and broken adjuster. The valve adjustmen was around .25" Yes I said 1/4" at least.
So I replaced the pushrod and adjuster, and readjusted all the valves to the right .028" and .032" . so we'll see how it runs, if the weather will cooperate.
