OK, I'll post something.

The other day I dropped off my 400 block, a 440 crank and LY rods, and my broken Eddy heads. Got some news - he can fix 'em up with new valves, guides and seats. Ordered up some SRP forged pistons (440 .055 overbore). Yup, gonna have me a 451.

Just hope I get a chance to "break it in" before the season is over.

I'd sooner ask Stephen Hawking (to do the physical work) and Stevie Wonder (to keep an eye on things) to help me out, than to use Herman again.

Low oil pressure, 25psi at idle and it doesnt go up at all. Motor stops pulling at 5600 rpms (which really sucks with a 4000 rpm converter) and has a slight miss at about 5400rpms.

Time to do some tests. Leak down and compression test.

Adam did this come from out of nowhere? I mean you where
looking for a trailer to go to Island for Mopars at the patch.
Did it mess up after you put in the new trans and torque convertor?

I think its just 7 years of being beat on. It could be something stupid though. I havent really had time to check things like plugs/wires and it probably needs an oil change change. I'm going to shoot over to my garage in the morning before work and look a few things over.

I did have a pushrod that wasnt seated right after I pulled the rockers off though. I may have a bent pushrod or valve.
