It's a little more complicated to do it on vBulletin than it was on phpBB.

What if I made a page that showed the weather from all of the tracks in the northeast? Then you could click on it to get more detail... Would that work?

 

Ok, done. Instead of a seperate page, I added a link to the forum's description that says "current weather". Just click on that link and you'll get a new page from Accuweather that shows the current conditions in that area.
