North East Bracket Racing vs. For A-Bodies Only May 14th

It looks like we're on for Saturday May 14th, at the Mopar Atlantic Nationals at Englishtown.

I know there's a bunch of guys on this site who are also on FABO, so you may have to choose a team.

Who wants to run for our team?

I'm down for the NEBR team. How many racers on each team, and what's the format? I see that Saturday is for muffled cars only. Are "cherry bombs" quiet enough to pass tech? I don't have no stinkin' mufflers.

We haven't worked that out yet, I wanted to see how many people were interested first.

I'm guessing we can make time runs during the day, then if they have an elimiator then we can just line up with each other and go up against each other, bracket style. We should work it out with the guy running the lanes beforehand, though.

That way when one of them (the FABO) guys get eliminated against one of us, we'll still be in the eliminator.

Any ET requirements? I don't think the Mustang will be running, but I'll race the Jeep.

I guess I couldn't race the Mustang anyway, but the Jeep is a Mopar hehehe.

I won't be able to. I can't get mufflers on mine with out putting new collectors on the headers, that and ground clearence would be close...

I was planning on NEBR. But if you don't have guys I'll run with
FABO. NEBR guys are all faster then me. I'ts gonna all come down
to the tree, and breakouts anyway.
NEBR are all racers. FABO is not but alot of NEBR came over from
FABO.
I'ts all in the family and all in fun as far as I'm concerned.

I was hoping we could have it decided beforehand, so the NEBR team could have NEBR shirts, and the FABO team could do whatever they wanted. Shirts, not, whatever.
