footbrake 10.90 or 11.50 NHRA class

I have not competed in drag racing for 25yrs. I ran Stock Eliminator, Gas. Altered and my favorite Modified Production. I can afford any of these classes ans really be competitive.I thought that SST was my ticket. I'm putting together a small block '65 Dart. When I saw throttle brake racing, I thought that I was watching slot cars. There is no show off the line. Whoever thought that drag racing was to be boring. I had a U/SA and people got excited about a C/SA car chasing me down. I reallywould like to compete in NHRA again. I think that a 11.50 or 10.90 no electronics class would be an invitation to many more racers. And to make it easier to all racers it could be on only a divisional level. A large reply could start the ball rolling for Division 1. Maybe we all could be in the National Dragster

Their was talk two years ago in the NHRA about changing Super Street to a non-electronics class. But haven't heard nothing since.
