I actually did some work on the K. I dropped about $500 on 6061 last week at Dutchess Metals, this was the cheap piece. Most was for another secret project.

 

The two piece mounts that were on the car were too low. The old ones are laying on the 400 block. Now the oil pan fits and my external oil pickup adapter fits. When I get the studs in the plate I will finalize the position and work on the mid plate.

 

Secret Project???? C'mon, spill the beans....we have no secrets here!!!

Let me guess. Sheet metal intake?
