NEW Rear installed- Back to racing!!

I got the new rear and wheelie bars installed, during the week. Also had to get a new drive shaft made. I blew the 8-3/4 rear, 3 times in late August and Labor day weekend. I guess to hard of hit coming off the trans brake. So I had a ford 9" built, Moser nodular center section with the larger aluminium bearing support, Moser axles, 4:30 gears ,spool. I went to test & Tune today. I got 7 runs in and 3 more in a Gamblers race. I got runner up in the gamblers race. Total of 10 runs, in 5 hours. The car launches perfectly straight. It took 4 passes , of adjusting the wheelie bars. Then everything was good. Ran a best of 10.219et today, best 60 foot ever, 1.342 . Switching from the 8- 3/4 to the ford 9" required a driveshaft, 1- 1/4" longer. So I guess I will have a narrowed 8-3/4 rear, with Strange spool, Strange 35 spline axles, Green bearings, set up for Wilwood disc brakes, ladder bar, wheelie bar and coil over brackets welded on, 489 housing, with NO gears, FOR SALE. If anybody interested, I can get measurements.
