Update
Well I finally got the brakes done. Nothing exotic 87-91 rotors with 91 crown vic 73mm calibers. I replaced the hard brake lines with stainless steel. Replaced the brake hoses with braided steel. The rear drums are 10" from a Fairmont wagon. Switched to manual brakes using a Ranger P/U master. Trying to use the best available from Ford without breaking the bank.
