wheels and tires

I need new wheels and tires for an 89 mustang gt. I went to tirerack.com, but did not find a very good selection, i may be doing something wrong:

None of these jump out at me to much. They are all a little more than i want to spend. Do you guys have any reconmendations for cheap decents wheels and tires. Im kind of in a rush. The guy must have nailed a curb or pot hole because the front driverside wheel is cracked and the tire has a cut. The tire still is inflated, but i would not trust driving it on the highway for too long. Because of this we got the price down a considerable about. I plan on buying it from him for only $1800. I feel like after i fix some minor things like the wheels i could turn around and sell it for much more. I am extremely excited about getting behind the wheel of this monster. I just got to keep myself under control and not do anything stupid.

The outlaws look cool. I would stay away from steel wheels, you would be better off with factory ponys(16") or phone dial(15") wheels.

Have you looked at a used set? One good thing about the Mustang being so popular you can find alot of good used parts.
