I made the switch over to the evans coolant last year. So far I like it. I had an issue with my car running hotter than I was comfortable with last season ( got to 200 real quick ). There was no change with just the change to the Evans. The radiator I was using was not up to the task. With the Ron Davis Rad in place all is well.

Dap was the replaced radiator clogged or damaged?

 

The radiator I removed had no damage and was recored just prior to the sale of the 340 I was running. I did not have a shroud on that rad. I was going to add one when I ran the 340 but I never had an issue with the temp so I never did it. The unit I have now is good for an engine making up to 850hp N/A.
