The only good news about yesterday is I ran a new best 60' time of 1.66 and turned a 12.04

A lot of cars showed-up and the going was s l o w. Only got in 2 passes in the 4.5 hours that I was there. They closed the lanes at 4PM

Tony, that little Mazda was there....remember.......waaahhh, waaahhh, waaahhh, clunk ! Yeah, he broke again.

I'm afraid the season's coming to an end. Gotta start thinking of puttin' the Baby into winter hibernation

 

I remember. He just can't make it pass the staging lanes, or
did he break on the track this time?
I'm sure it will be crowded here on out. Everyone will be getting in
their last licks.

 

Yeah, this time he actually made it out of the staging lanes. He must have tried to shift it without the clutch......grind, grind, grind....5 second pause, then he finally got it back into gear and made it down the track.

If he's not on the track's payroll, maybe he should be, he's good entertainment.
